Refund policy

At LIVING KO, we strive to ensure your first night in Korea is as comfortable as possible. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment (100% Refund)

  • No-Questions-Asked: You may cancel your order for any reason before the product has been shipped.
  • Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Note: Once the tracking number is generated or the package has left our warehouse, the "After Shipment" policy will apply.

2. Returns & Exchanges After Shipment

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping Fees: For "change-of-mind" returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety standards for bedding and personal items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The package has been opened, used, or washed.
  • Any components or gifts included in the package are missing or damaged.
  • The request is based on personal preference (e.g., color, texture, or weight) after opening.
  • The return is due to minor delays in delivery or personal schedule changes.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [Insert CS Email/Channel] with photos within 24 hours of receipt.
  • After confirmation, LIVING KO will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.

5. Refund Procedure

  • Processing: Once a refund is approved, we will process the cancellation through our payment provider immediately.
  • Timeline: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
