How does monthly payment work?▼
You pay your first month at checkout. We then send a card registration link, and the remaining 11 months are charged automatically, once a month. No large upfront payment is needed.
What is the 90-day ARC registration rule?▼
After activating with your passport, you must register your ARC within 90 days of arrival. Failure may result in service suspension and a penalty fee of up to ₩200,000. We send proactive email reminders before the deadline.
Who is eligible?▼
This plan is for D-visa and E-visa holders aged 19–34. Maximum 2 lines per person. Unauthorized SIM transfer or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal penalties.
What documents do I need?▼
After payment, you will receive a submission link. Required: color scan of passport (photo page) + exact device model name + completed application form.
SIM issuance fee: Physical SIM Card ₩6,600 / eSIM ₩1,650.
Applicants aged 18 (minor) require additional documents — please contact us before purchasing.
How do I activate my eSIM?▼
A PDF with a QR code is sent to your email after payment. At Incheon Airport, connect to free Wi-Fi, scan the QR in your phone settings, reboot twice, and you are connected. Takes about 5 minutes.
How does Physical SIM Card delivery work?▼
If you selected Physical SIM Card at checkout, we deliver it to your university dorm or international office before you arrive. Insert the SIM card upon arrival — activation takes about 3 hours.
Unlike eSIM, Physical SIM Card cannot be used at the airport. We apologize for this inconvenience — it is an unavoidable hardware limitation.
My phone is from China — can I use eSIM?▼
Chinese domestic phones (Huawei, Xiaomi, Vivo, OPPO, mainland iPhones) do not support eSIM. Select Physical SIM Card at checkout — same plan, same price, delivered to your dorm.
Is there a minimum usage requirement?▼
For the first 7 months: at least 20 minutes of calls or 300MB of data per month. Normal daily usage easily meets this requirement.
Can I get a refund?▼
Refunds are not available after activation (after eSIM QR is sent or Physical SIM Card is shipped). Before activation, full refund is guaranteed. Please verify device compatibility before purchasing.

This is a 12-month commitment plan. The monthly price includes a commitment discount. Canceling before the term ends recovers a portion of that discount.
- Cancel within months 1–3: 100% of the discount received is recovered.
- Cancel within months 4–12: calculated by the formula below.

Additional Charges — International Calls & Micro-payments▾
The following services are not included in your plan and will incur additional charges:
- International calls — billed separately at standard IDD rates
- Mobile micro-payments (휴대폰 소액결제) — carrier billing for app purchases, online payments, etc. is an opt-in service charged separately
Please contact your carrier to set spending limits or disable these features if not needed.
Supplementary & Video Call Allowance (300 minutes)▾
All plans include 300 minutes of supplementary and video calls per month. Please note the following:
- Supplementary calls include numbers starting with 15XX / 16XX (national representative numbers), 050X (lifetime personal numbers), and 013 (trunked radio communication)
- Voice calls consume 1 second of allowance per 1 second of call time
- Video calls consume 1.66 seconds of allowance per 1 second of call time
Once the 300-minute allowance is exhausted:
- Supplementary calls: ₩1.98 per second
- Video calls: ₩3.30 per second
Country Lock (SIM Lock) — Carrier Responsibility▾
If your device has a carrier lock (country lock) applied by your home carrier, LIVING KO is unable to unlock it on your behalf.
To resolve a carrier lock, please contact your current carrier directly before inserting the LIVING KO SIM. Failure to unlock may result in the SIM not functioning on your device, and no refund will be issued in such cases after activation.
SMS (Text Message) Usage Limits▾
Unlimited SMS is subject to fair-use limits. Additional charges apply if any of the following thresholds are exceeded:
- Sending more than 150 messages on 11 or more days per month
- Sending more than 500 messages in a single day
- Sending messages to more than 2,000 unique numbers per month
- Sending messages from a non-mobile system (e.g., automated software)
- Any violation of carrier terms including renting the device to a third party
SMS to other carriers is included at no extra charge within normal usage.
Eligibility — Age (19–34) & Plan Auto-Change▾
This plan is available to individuals aged 19 to 34 (inclusive) at time of application.
- Customers who turn 35 must switch to a different plan. If no action is taken, the plan will be automatically changed to the 5G Data Plus plan on the 1st of the month following your 35th birthday.
- Youth plan benefits (유쓰 5G) apply to one device only, even if multiple lines are registered in your name.
