When your plan ends
You can repurchase a 120-day plan or switch to a short-term travel eSIM. However, a new phone number will be issued — your current number cannot be kept. If you want to keep your number, contact our CS team before expiry.
Application form will be emailed to you immediately after checkout, including your Personal Code.

Important Notes
  • Submit and clear your documents before you fly. Then your line activates within about 3 hours of landing in Korea.
  • eSIM issuance fee ($1.5) or Physical SIM fee is applied at checkout.
  • Refunds are not available after activation.
  • Make sure your phone is carrier-unlocked before arrival. Unlocking is handled by your home carrier.
  • We recommend applying at least 5 business days before departure.

Important Information

Can I use the SIM if I travel outside of Korea?

No. By Korean law, prepaid SIM cards for foreigners are strictly linked to your immigration status. If you depart South Korea, the SIM will be immediately and permanently deactivated.

What documents are required?

You will need a color scan of your passport and the exact device model name. Submit these via the application form link sent to your email.
